I lost my job recently and with this loss the email I used to communicate with and to enter the lessons on the website. When you log in the user name is the website the customer supplied. I cannot now log in. I am a premium customer who paid approx $250 for a Lifetime Membership and access to all lessons. I am now completely STIFFED. No response after days of peppering the email of GJAMZ. So the lessons are good Marty is a great teacher but the lack of customer service introduces a smell of fraud to the undertaking. I would avoid the site if you think you may want to be helped thru your email or to contact them. Refunds are never gonna happen. I am not asking for a refund and am completely STIFFED AND IGNORED.

In summary, I would not recommend Guitar Jamz to a friend.

I bought a lifetime subscription to the premium members area of the site and when I try to access the site I am only allowed access to the beginners area. I tried for 2 months to resolve the problem through emails with no sucess. They take over a week to return an email and when I finally here from them they appologize for a technical problem and say the problem is resolved, only to find out that nothing has changed! Dont waste your money here!
